What is The VO Boardroom?
The VO Boardroom is a free, four-day online summit designed to help voice actors build stronger businesses. You’ll learn from 12 respected experts across the voiceover industry, with three new presentations released each day.
When is the event?
The VO Boardroom takes place September 14-17, 2026.
How much does it cost?
Registration is completely free.
Do I need to register?
Yes. Registration is required to access the presentations. Simply register with your email address, and you’ll receive instructions on how to access the content each day of the event.
Where do I watch the presentations?
All presentations are streamed here at VOBoardroom.com. No additional software or downloads are required.
How long are the presentations?
Each presentation is approximately 20-25 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
How does the free access work?
Three new presentations are released each morning at 8:00 AM ET. They’ll remain available until 8:00 AM ET the following day, when the next day’s presentations are released.
What if I can’t watch everything during the event?
You can upgrade to the All Access Pass for permanent access to every 2026 presentation, so you can learn at your own pace after the event.

Will the presentations be available after the event?
Not with the free registration. Once a day’s 24-hour viewing window closes, those presentations are no longer available unless you’ve upgraded to the All Access Pass.
Can I attend if I live outside the United States?
Absolutely. The VO Boardroom is open to voice actors around the world.
Can I ask the speakers questions?
No. But throughout the event, you can connect with fellow attendees and ask questions inside The VO Boardroom Community. Speakers are not required to participate.
