The VO Boardroom reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, presentation order, bonuses, or other event details if circumstances require. Every reasonable effort will be made to present the advertised program, but substitutions or schedule changes may occasionally be necessary.

Free event presentations are available only during their published 24-hour viewing windows. Permanent access is available only through purchase of the All Access Pass.

Participants are expected to interact respectfully within The VO Boardroom Community. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend Community access for behavior that is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a positive experience for all attendees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or purchased content for violations of these Terms of Use.

Refund Policy

Registration for The VO Boardroom is free.

Due to the digital nature of the All Access Pass, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate access issues promptly.
